Refund & Return Policy

At IKORI, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items marked as Final Sale
Accessories (including hats, socks, and bags) for hygiene reasons

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-9 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@ikori.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.
